Week 1
A short pre-read questionnaire, access to key documents, then the workshop.
Weeks 1–2
We review systems, contracts, reporting and the roadmap, and speak to key suppliers if useful.

£2,000 fixed, paid upfront
If you book a Replatform Decision Review or a retainer within 60 days, the full fee is credited against it.
What happens next
The Health Check tells you what kind of problem you have. If it’s a platform question, the natural next step is a Replatform Decision Review. If it’s a leadership gap, it’s a Fractional Head of Ecommerce. Sometimes the answer is that your team just needs three fixes, and we’ll say so.

How much of our time does it take?
Usually the half-day workshop plus two or three short calls.
Do you need access to our systems?
Read-only access to analytics and reporting helps. We’ll sign an NDA first.
Will you tell us we need to replatform?
Only if the evidence says so. Most Health Checks find the biggest gains elsewhere.
Can you do this remotely?
Yes, though we prefer to run the workshop in person where we can.
