How we price
■ Fixed prices for projects, agreed before we start. No day-rate surprises.
■ Retainers have a three-month minimum, then roll monthly with 30 days’ notice.
■ Your Health Check fee is credited against a Decision Review or retainer booked within 60 days.
■ All prices exclude VAT. Travel for on-site work is charged at cost or agreed upfront.
Our independence promise
We take no referral fees or commissions from platforms, agencies or suppliers. We say so in every proposal. If we recommend a platform or partner, it’s because it’s right for you.
Questions
Which service should we start with?
Most clients start with a Health Check or a Replatform Decision Review. If you already know you need senior leadership, go straight to a fractional retainer. A 30-minute call will tell you which.
Do you build websites?
No. We work alongside your agency or help you choose one. That’s what keeps our advice neutral.
Do you work with all platforms?
Yes. We have no platform partnerships, so we compare options including Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce and commercetools on your requirements alone.
Can you work alongside our existing agency?
Yes. Much of our work is making the client–agency relationship work better for both sides.
