Demos show what a platform does best, not what you need most. Proposals are hard to compare. And the statement of work you sign decides who pays when something goes wrong. We’ve written those proposals and sat across the table from them, so we know what to look for.

Price
£14,000 fixed
50% on signing and 50% on delivery. Best after a Replatform Decision Review; if you haven’t had one, we add a short scoping phase.
Independence
We take no fees, commissions or partner status from any platform or agency, and we say so in every RFP. Vendors compete on merit.
What happens next
Once contracts are signed, Programme Assurance keeps delivery honest: an experienced client-side lead chairing the steering committee and holding the agency to what they promised.
